2014 Lake Sammamish Triathlon:
Join us at beautiful Lake Sammamish State Park for this great event.
Course Information:
Start with a 400 meter rectangular swim.
Followed by a fast 14 mile out and back ride along Lake Sammamish Parkway.
Finish with a 3.2 mile run through the park along Issaquah Creek.
We also have an "I'm Going to Tri it" category, that makes it affordable for someone to "tri" it!!
