Get down-n dirty at the 2013 Greenswell Dirty Duathlon on Sunday, May 19! The runs take place on the muddy and obstacle-laden WinterHawk Bridle trail that winds along side the wooded area at the northern part of Alum Creek Reservoir. Oh..beware..this will not be your normal duathlon run with multiple stream crossings, log jumps, roots and rocks, and muddy sections that will bring you out of your shoes.

The Dirty Duathlon is part of the OSU Ross Heart Hospital TriFit Challenge series to promote fun heart-healthy activities across Central Ohio.

There are two dirty distances to choose from:

Dirty Short: 2 mile trail run + 12 mile bike + 2 mile trail run
Dirty Du (long): 2 mile trail run + 22 mile bike + 6.2 mile trail run

Note: Start/Finish and transition location is *new* this year. Event location is the Winterhawk Trail trailhead parking area located off Hogback Rd. Hogback Rd is off Howard Rd.
