Nobody has enough time, right?  The key to effective time management is first deciding your long-term goals and then choosing the right road map to get you there. Our training plans offer you this effective time management tool.  They can be utilized in conjunction with or apart from individualized coaching.  MP Multisport training plans get you to race day confident you took the steps needed to accomplish your goal. The result is a great race experience for athletes from beginners to professionals.

Our training plans are custom designed specifically for your skill-level, time-frame and target race!   This isn't a cookie-cutter approach to coaching.  It is a perfect resource for the self-coached athlete who needs a little extra assurance and guidance concerning periodization and workouts.  When you choose this method, by using the Athlete Questionnaire, we will discuss:

  • How many weeks are in the program you would like designed
  • How often you want your training plan (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Specific races you will be doing "on the way" to your "A" race
  • Your weekly schedule
