2010 Omaha Triathlon:
Be the First on August 1st!The Omaha Triathlon is a new premier athletic event in Omaha, Nebraska.
This triathlon will be the choice of many triathletes due to its great and challenging course, open water swim in a clean lake, and a scenic run course around the lake.
The Omaha Triathlon is a non-profit organization that has partnered with the Omaha Sports Commission, Mimran Event Management, Premier Event Management, Wellness Council of the Midlands (WELCOM), Activate Omaha, and many other community organizations.
Join over 1,000 age group participants and compete in the 1st Annual Omaha Triathlon.
A very memorable and unique pre-race start show will get athletes ready to go.

Course Information:
Swim: 1500 meters
The swim course features a clean lake open water swim in Glenn Cunningham Lake.
Bike: 40 Km The bike course features a great scenic ride through a more rural area of Omaha with great sights and farmland with lush, rolling hills.
The course is a challenging course with many hilly areas with varying degrees of difficulty.
Run: 10 Km The run course is an out and back along the trails and grassy areas around the lake. A great scenic route and challenging with different surface areas
