Enjoy a scenic and challenging race on Traverse City's beautiful Old Mission Peninsula.

Course Information:

Swim in the calm waters of Bowers Harbor in West Grand Traverse Bay.

Bike through scenic vineyards. Olympic athletes will enjoy beautiful views of both East and West Grand Traverse Bays and will face three challenging hills.

The run includes shore views under the shade of tall oaks.

Directions:

From downtown Traverse City, follow MI-37/Peninsula Road north for approximately 9.5 miles.

Bear left at Seven Hills Rd. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Bowers Harbor Road.

End at Peninsula Township Park.

Other Info:

USAT-sanctioned event.

All USAT rules are in effect: no drafting, no headphones, no littering, wear a helmet, pass on the left, have fun.

Awards to overall male and female and top three in each age group.

Age groups are the standard five-year increments.
