2009 Crosstown Kid's Triathlon:
The Howell Area Parks and Recreation Authority along with the Howell Public Schools Aquatic Center is hosting a kids triathlon. This triathlon is for boys and girls ages 7-14.
Age divisions will be based on child's age as of December 31, 2009.
Age divisions include 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14.
Boys and Girls division.
Participants will compete in swimming, biking and running.
Check in begins at 8:00 AM and the event will start at 9:00 AM.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age and gender category.
Course Information:
Distances by Age:
7 - 8: 50 yard swim, 2 mile bike, ½ mile run
9 -10: 100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, ½ mile run
11-12: 200 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run
13-14: 300 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run
