Howell Parks and Recreation Authority and the Howell Area Aquatics Center is hosting the annual Crosstown Kids Tri. Participants will compete in swimming, biking and running. This triathlon is for boys and girls ages 7-14. Age divisions include 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14. Boys and girls will compete seperately. See our website for specific distances by age. The swim is in the pool at Howell Area Aquatics Center, the bike is on the campus of Howell High and along the Crosstown Trail and the run is around the ball fields next to the high school. Check in begins at 8AM and event will start at 9AM.
Prizes will be awarded to top three finishers in each age and gender catagory. Each participant must bring a swim suit, bike, bike helmet and running gear. Come join us for the fun!
Directions:
The Howell Area Aquatics Center is best accessed from Highland Way just north of Grand River or park at Howell High School near the playing fields. Easily accessable from from M59 or West Grand River just west of downtown Howell.
