2012 TRI Allegan Sprint Triathlon:

  • TRI Allegan - 2012 - "Train Hard... TRI Harder"... 2nd Annual Sprint Triathlon sponsored by the Allegan All-Sports Booster Club.
  • This week night Sprint Triathlon has drawn athletes from all over the area, including Illinois, Indiana and Ohio to compete in a first class triathlon.
  • Custom Awards for Overall Female, Male and Team winners,
  • Delicious post race food, Tec Shirts, and finisher medals are many of the things that are bringing back last years athletes.

    • Course Information:


  • 500 meter swim (last year's lake temps were extremely warm).
  • 14 mile bike on public roads.
  • 5k out and back run.

  • Last year's athletes commented that this Sprint Course was somewhat of a challenge without being "over the top" difficult.
  • The additional miles on the bike course along with some rolling hills in the run course made this course enough of a challenge for all types of triathletes.

  • Registration will be capped at 250 athletes and NO registration is available after July 17th.
  • Last year we capped registration early, so don't delay in registering for this event.
  • USAT sanctioned so $12 USAT fee will be added to your entry fee unless you're already a USAT member.
