2024 Millennium Triathlon:
Trimillennium is a sprint and olympic distance triathlon,duathlon and aquabike race hosted in the beautiful Millennium Park, located on the southwest edge of Grand Rapids, MI. Our race is a local favorite going on 20 years. Whether you are new to triathlon or a seasoned veteran, TriMillennium is a great race for you. The shallow waters of Lake Leota offer calm and warm pleasent water, our bike course has just the right amount of elevation to get your blood pumping and the run is flat and fast! 100% of the proceeds from the race go towards the continued work of Bridge Street Ministries, an urban youth ministry located on the west side of Grand Rapids.
Course Information:
Lake Leota is a man made lake in Millennium Park. The shallow, sandy bottom is perfect for a swim. Water temps tend to be between 75-80 degrees race day.
The bike course is on local roads in and out of the Grand River valley. You'll find its mostly flat with one hill on an out and back course.
The run course is on the flat paved trails around the lake inside the park.
