***NOTE*** New for 2024:
• Both bike courses have been adjusted. Instead of heading East out of the park, you'll head Northeast up Hartford Dr. Once you reach Old Hartford Rd the Olympic is unchanged...
• The sprint distance bike has been extended. As of now we have the verbal OK but as always, things can change. The new distance is planned for 11.5 miles
• Registration fees will be based on number of registrants. (Relay fee structure has changed: same price as individually for first participant and an additional fee for 2nd or 3rd.)
• No refunds. Please take advantage of the offered Regshield insurance. Transfers will be allowed up to 1 month out.
• New course cut-off times along the race course.
• You CAN pick up someone else's packet!! *** Check page for further requirements.

Take your choice of the Sprint or Olympic distance in Lake Stevens. Both swim courses are a deep water start off of the dock at North Cove Park. The Sprint does an out and back bike course and the Olympic starts the same, but heads out further to the turn around point and returns to the park the same way. The run is one loop for the Sprint and two loops for the Olympic along the shore of the Lake with a peaceful and beautiful view of the lake.
