_ The 2024 Spring Trail Trot:

Come out and join Michigan Trail Experience for the second Spring Trail Trot. This year the run will take place at Lake Lansing North. This will be a great race for new trail runners and hikers. It is a flat well marked course. All entries will receive a T-Shirt, sticker, and finisher patch. Look forward to seeing you. This is a pet friendly event. Start Time: 9 AM

Entry Fee: $30 until April 5th guaranteed T-shirt. $35 from April 6th to April 13th limited T-shirts. 

Entry Fee 18 and under: $20 until April 5th $25 from April 6th to April 13th.

Packet Pickup: Friday April 12th 3 to 7pm at Playmakers 2299 West Grand River Ave. Okemos, MI 48864 Race Day 7:45 to 8:55am at Lake Lansing Park North

Race Swag!: All entries will receive a Spring Trail Trot T-shirt, a sticker, and Finisher patch.

Results: Your results will be chip timed with live results

Awards:  Overall male and female finisher will receive a Spring trail trot pint glass and $25 gift certificate from Playmakers. First, Second and Third place in each age group will be given a Spring Trail trot pint glass. Age groups for women and men are the following: 15 and under, 16-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over

A portion of the race proceeds will go to support Friends of the Lansing Regional Trails.

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be available live during the race.
