_The 2024 South Valley Super Sprint and Sprint Triathlon:
Sprint and Super Sprint. Pool swim at the South County Pool with a bike and run. Super Sprint is 200 yard swim, 6 mile single loop bike and 1.5 mile run. Sprint is 400 yard swim, 12 mile two loop bike and 3.1 mile run. Celebrate the 4th of July on the 8th with this fun fast traithlon. Fun for adults and youth triathletes.
