_The 2024 Pam American Masters Games:
CLEVELAND – Registration opens for 2024 Pan-American Masters Games (PAMG) on Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 9 a.m. (EST). This international event will feature 26 sports and 30 disciplines on July 12-21, 2024 in Northeast Ohio. The program will also include 11 parasport or adaptive offerings. Registration is open for masters athletes, those competing over 30 years old, worldwide. Participants of all abilities are welcome and no qualifications are necessary to compete in PAMG. Athletes can register for up to 3 sports and 5 disciplines. Registration will close in phases beginning in May 2024.
Hosted by Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC), this multi-sport event for masters athletes is expected to be the largest international gathering in Northeast Ohio’s history. Held every four years in the Americas, the Games are estimated to attract approximately 10,000 masters athletes from all 50 states and more than 50 countries along with thousands of spectators, family and friends. This event will provide over $25 million in economic impact to the local economy.
