_The 2024 ICE Breaker Triathlon:
The races will take place at Folsom Lake. The swim will be in the lake with temperatues in the 60's. The bike course is on roads closed to traffic. The run courses will be scenic and enjoyable along the beautiful shoreline of Folsom Lake.
Included for each athlete is a swim cap, athlete goody bag, hot post race meal, and a pair of ICE Breaker Triathlon socks.
Packet Pick Up Information
Race packets will be available race morning from 6:30 am to 9 am at the race site.

Course Information:
The Swim for the ICE Breaker Triathlon and ICE Breaker Dash Triathlon will both take place at Folsom Lake. The run courses for the ICE Breaker Triathlons and the ICE Breaker Dash Duathlon will be both a scenic and enjoyable along the beautiful shoreline of Folsom Lake.
The Ice Breaker Dash is a super sprint course perfect for first-timers.

ICE Breaker Triathlon - .5 mile swim-10 mile bike-4 mile run
ICE Breaker Aquabike - .5 mile swim-10 mile bike
Ice Breaker Dash Triathlon - 400 yards swim-5 mile bike-2 mile run
Relay Teams:
Relay Teams consist of one swimmer, one cyclist and one runner. Entry fee includes three goody bags and post race meals. Awards will be first overall in Male, Female and Coed divisions for ICE Breaker Triathlon only.

Granite Bay State Park on Folsom lake is located at the end of Douglas Blvd, 5-6 miles East of I-80. Turn right at the third stop sign after entering the park for the Granite Beach parking lot. There is a $12 vehicle charge for day-use or $125 for an annual pass. Contact phone: 916 988 0205.
Annual Day Use Passes are available for $125 here. These passes are valid for 12 months from purchase.
