• The swim is a 500 yard loop around buoys.
Bike:
• 15 M Bike is a course on country roads in a large rectangle.
Run:
• Runs will take place on the river walk and will be marked.

• Transition area is a paved parking lot within the park.
• A bath room is avaiable in the pool house.
