_ The 2023 South Suburban Tryathlon - Cook Creek:
Swim, bike, run for fun! This is the perfect event to try a tri! All athletic levels are welcome. Only prerequisite is that you must be able to swim unassisted in deep water.
Course Information:
A mountain bike or hybrid type of bike is highly recommended for 10-12, Elite & Adult division bike portions.
