Swim, bike, run for fun! This is the perfect starting point to try a tri. These races are about completion, not competition. All athletic levels are welcome. The only prerequisite is that you must be able to swim unassisted in deep water.
Course Information:
Distances vary depending on age division. A mountain bike or hybrid type of bike is highly recommended for 10-12, Elite & Adult division bike portions.
