The 2023 Performance Triathlon Camp:
The Performance Triathlon Camp is dedicated to providing a supportive and challenging environment for highschool students interested in learning more about triathlon. Our program is thoughtfully designed to welcome beginners to intermediate triathletes, as well as swimmers and runners who are curious about triathlon. We also welcome recent high school graduates who are eager to expand their knowledge of the sport before starting college in the fall.
We will prioritize elite level skill development and strategic training, while also emphasizing the importance of self-talk, mental strategies to improve performance, nutrition, injury prevention and much more! Additionally, will provide information about the benefits of cross training, training physiology as well the opportunities at the NCAA level.
Ultimately, we want to foster a love of the sport and equip young athletes with the skills, confidence and passion to succeed in their sport of choice while avoiding burn-out. Through training and competing with like-minded athletes, our participants will not only improve their athletic abilities, but also build lifelong friendships and connections. We believe that the support and encouragement of a community is powerful motivator and we strive to foster a culture of empowerment and positivity.
