_ The 2023 BoFish Triathlon presented by Happy Place:
A one-of-a-kind triathlon dedicated to the most personalized race experience. This local gem features a 1 mile swim in beautiful Pinewood Lake, a 25-mile up-and-back ride through Trumbull and Monroe, and a scenic, yet hilly, run twice around Pinewood Lake. Proceeds go to the Cardinal Shehan Center in Bridgeport, CT.

Directions:
The address for the BoFish transition area is 33 East Lake Road in Trumbull, CT. Parking is limited, and those entering from Daniels Farm Road will be directed to park on Cove Road. Racers coming from Booth Hill Road will be directed to park on West Lake Road.
