_The 2023 Tri Faster SwimRun Series:
This is the third annual Tri Faster SwimRun Race Series with a focus on FUN with a competitive twist. Whether you are looking to race hard and get a fast time, have a great workout with a fun group of athletes, or practice race day techniques, this series is for you!
Each race features 5 event options:
• Individual Aquathon: 1000m OWS and a 5k Run/Walk
• Aquathon Relay: 2-person team -1000m OWS and a 5k Run/Walk
• 1500m OWS
• 5k Run/Walk
• 500m OWS – Non-competitive event for those looking to get open water exposure in a race setting.
Along with a well organized event, participants will receive:
• Professional chip timing
• Trip to the swag table
• Post race snacks
• Accurately measured course
• A friendly race environment
Race Venue: We are moving the third and fourth events to Menomonee Park in Menomonee Falls! We are excited at the opportunity to host these events at this gorgeous park which features a 16-acre crisp clean lake and well-groomed paths.
Course Information:
The swim courses at both locations will consist of a 500m loop done three times for the 1500m OWS, twice for the 1000m Aquathon swim, and once for the 500m non-competitive OWS. The smaller loop allows for ample safety staff to keep all swimmers safe.
Events 1 and 2 – Fox Brook Park, Brookfield, WI
Events 1 and 2, Fox Brook Park, Brookfield, WI:
Run 3.1 miles on the FAST and FLAT course through Fox Brook Park. The course will consist of 3 loops on the all-paved path around the lake making this the perfect opportunity for a PR.
