This duathlon is a 20 mile bike, 4 mile run, 7 mile bike.
EVENT: TEAM RELAY 24/7
This duathlon is a 20 mile bike, 4 mile run, 7 mile bike. Can be raced by two or three people.
EVENT: 5K "ISH"
As we run this on the same course as the run portion of the 24/7, it is actually a 4 mile run. We wanted to have some fun with the name.
Course Information:
The Central Lakes Cycle 24/7 Duathlon will be held at Central Lakes Cycle 2010 State Highway 210 East Fergus Falls MN, 56537. We are located just east of the scenic Central Lakes Trail trail head. The course offers a beautiful ride through rolling hills as well as a nice flat competitive stretch on the trail.

Located in W. Central MN approximately 2.5 hours west of Minneapolis and 45 east of Fargo, ND.
