_ The 2022 Spring Out of the Den Duathlon Series:
This "all pavement" duathlon (run/bike/run) is a blast for families, with a race distance for everyone! The race starts at Kincaid Park near the chalet, at the top of the Coastal Trail with a run around the old biathlon loop on paved trails for the kids, adults will be running on a mix of pavement and trails. The transition area is near the start/finish line followed. Kids will bike around the new biathlon range loop, followed by one final run around the old biathlon loop. Adults bike on Raspberry Road out to the "Welcome to Kincaid" sign then take a hard right onto the multi-use trail back to the start/finish line. Adults finish up with a 2nd run on the 1 lap run course.
Course Information:
The "all pavement" duathlon (run/bike/run) will start at Kincaid Biathlon Range with a run around the biathlon range on paved trails, transitioning at the biathlon range penalty loop followed by a bike around one of two bike loops (race dependent), followed by one final run around the biathlon range.
