Course Information:
Swim in the pristine water of Island Lake, bike on rolling hills through the poplar and white pine forests toward Minnesota's historic Iron Range, and run through the tranquil pine forest along Boulder and Island Lakes.
Directions:
From Duluth take County Road 4 (Rice Lake Road) North approximately 15 miles to the Minnesota Power Picnic Grounds at Island Lake.
