Socially distanced Indoor Triathlon. Timed starts with waves limited to 8 participants. It will take 1hr 5min for each participant to complete the event and follow a format of: 10min pool swim - get as many lengths as you can 15min transition 20min on spin bike - log as many miles as you can 5 min transition 15min treadmill run - log as many miles as you can All equipment will be thoroughly wiped down between each participant and spaced out to stay socially distanced during the event. Each participant will receive a Tri Faster ceramic mug and hot cocoa spoon for participating. Awards for the top 3 male and female participants to log the most miles will be mailed out after the event. Masks are optional while you participant in the event and highly recommended while you check in, transition or while walking around the facility.
