  • 1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run
  • Swim: 1.5Km swim in pristine, spring fed Elkhart Lake. Time trial start (Wave start for Elite and TCWG competitors). Short bike transition, spectator friendly. Water temps: 61-68. Issued swim caps must be worn. Wetsuits are HIGHLY recommended
  • Bike: 40Km looped out and back bike course through the rolling hills of western Sheboygan County and onto scenic perimeter service road of Road America(R) racetrack for 4 1/2 loops. Helmets meeting current USAT standards are mandatory.
  • Run: 10Km looped course. Water at 1.5 mile intervals. Exit on lakeside walkway of Osthoff Resort beach. Finish back at Osthoff Resort.

  • Bike: 20Km looped out and back bike course through the rolling hills of western Sheboygan County and onto perimeter service road of Road America racetrack for 1/2 loop. Helmets meeting current USAT standards are mandatory.
  • Run: 4Km out and back course. Water at 1 mile intervals. Exit on lakeside walkway of Osthoff Resort beach. Finish in downtown Elkhart Lake.
