2020 Stower Seven Lakes State Trail Triathlon:
Bike portion will be 16 miles on surrounding country roads around Amery, paddle portion will be around North Twin Lake approx. 3.5 miles by kayak or canoe, run portion will be out and back on Seven Lakes Trail for total of 3.1 miles.
Course Information:
3 mile run, a 12 mile road bike ride, and a canoe/kayak paddle, which will encompass 3 lakes in the area.
Directions:
Amery Wisconsin located northeast one hour from Minneapolis, MN.
