_ The 2020 AuSable Valley Triathlon:
Kayak 1 mile, Bike 11 miles, Run 5k.
Kayak, bike, and run the beautiful and historic Huron National Forest, beginning in Mio Pond of the Au Sable River and ending at Boney Park in Fairview, Michigan. The Au Sable Valley Triathlon is an individual and team event, consisting of kayaking as well as biking and running on both paved and country roads. It has been described as beginner/intermediate level in terms of difficulty. Past participants have found it a fun, low-key, friendly competition and have enjoyed participating with friends and family members. Teams can be made up of two or three members. Medals are awarded to the top three teams as well as the top male and female individuals. Lunch is provided for a donation.
