2020 Kensington Triathlon - 3Disciplines:
The veterans out there may remember we first brought triathlon to Kensington over ten years ago for a charity event. We return to the same venue, a few tweaks to the course but this was great then and will be even better now. Those who love the bike discipline will love this one. Another great multi-sport event for the entire family in the metro area at the perfect time of year. Right before kids report to fall training camps, college kids report to school, and just before the fall season rolls in. Kensington Metropark is the most popular Metropark with over 2 million visitors annually. So we have an early start to get the bikes off the roads before the park gets busy. This is the PERFECT place to plan the family, team or club picnic. Pack the vehicle, come out and get the race in, then relax on the beach or the huge grassy area with family and friends for a great afternoon at beautiful Kent lake, and Maple beach.
