_ The 2019 7 Bridges 7 Brews  by Right Brain Brewery:

Come experience historic Sault Sainte Marie by running or walking a 5k or 10k spanning all 7 bridges that connect the downtown island Soo Locks area before enjoying some brews at Bird's Eye Outfitters at the official ISLAND THEMED post-race party including live entertainment and a costume contest.  Right Brain Brewery of Traverse City will be in town as our brew sponsor to add to your enjoyment with their tantalizing selection of 7 brews!  Proceeds benefit OUT House Consortium, a non-profit organization, to improve the trail systems in the Sault Sainte Marie area.  A donation button is available for anyone who is or is not partaking in the run or walk but still want to support the improvement of our recreation trails.

The 7 Bridges 7 Brews 5k Run/Walk and 10k Run will begin at 7:00pm in the evening on Portage Avenue near the intersection of Peck Street and finishes downtown at Bird's Eye Outfitters about 1mile away.  Plan accordingly as there is parking downtown and near the start area along the Ashmun Bay Boat Launch.

Packet pickup and race day registration will be available at Bird's Eye Outfitters on Race Day from 4:00pm-6:30pm.  If needed, there may be a packet pickup available on Friday, July 26th, the evening before race day.  We will send an email out to all registered participants when closer.

Growlers to top 3 male and female overall finishers in the 5k and 10k.  Also awards to the top male and female in the master's division (40+) and an 80+ award!  1st place age group awards for male and females 13 and under, 14-17, 18-23, 24-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.  Overall awards can be picked up in a designated location after official results have posted.  Results will be chip timed with a gun start.  Results will be posted on superiortiming.com.  All participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and invite to the post race party.  There will be an ISLAND THEMED costume contest, live entertainment, and food and drinks for purchase at Bird's Eye Outfitter's. Not to mention 7 of the best beers by Right Brain Brewing!
