Live, move and perform better by taking part in this unique strength training class led by Physical Therapist, Lauren Jensen McGinnis. Target where you are tight, lacking stability and/or where you need to be stronger. Each week will feature a new workout aimed at improving your range of motion, your ability to stabilize effectively without compensation, and your full body strength. This program is perfect for athletes getting ready to enjoy an injury-free summer of training and racing, as well as for those who simply want to be strong for all of the outdoor activities that the upcoming summer will bring.
