_ The 2019 Fit Family Series - Deer Creek Kids Tri/Du:
Race weekend kicks off with this super fun event that offers kids up to 15 years old a fun swimming, biking and running event. What kid does not like to swim, bike and run? The Kidz Triathlon & Duathlon features kid-friendly point-to-point swim courses (or opening runs for duathletes) in waist deep water along the beach, followed by either a 5k or 10k bike course and finishing with a run within the park. Children racing must be able to swim the course without a life jacket and ride the bike course on a bike without training wheels. Parents/siblings/friends are not allowed to swim/ride/run alongside the kids during the race at any time.
