2019 Rock the Lake Sprint Triathlon
Rock The Lake Triathlon is soon to be an Indian Lake Tradition. With great courses including a great country bike leg and a run along the beach track around the lake. This is a tri with a 400 meter swim out and back and a 12 mile bike course and a 3 mile run on a track with a turnaround at a mile and a half. Check out Rock The Lake! www.ShineFMOhio.com This concert event will be held in the afternoon following the race. All proceeds from the Rock The lake Triathlon benefit the ministry of Shine FM.
