2019 Sanford Tri For Health Triathlons:
This is a triathlon for adults and teens from age 15 and up to get their feet wet in the sport of triathlon. 150 meter swim, 9 mile bike ride, 2 mile run. If you don't think you can complete all three events, gather a friend or two, and complete it as a relay.
Pool Swim: Snake style swim with chip start
Bike Course: Is an out and back course with some rolling hills
Run Course: Is an out and back course and will utilize a portion of the beautiful Jackson Trail System.
Finish and Transition area: The finish line will be next to the transition area so spectators will be able to see all of the action.
• Kids Triathlon on Friday Evening
• Sprint Triathlon & Mini Sprint on Saturday Morning.
