" For the safety of all those who love, work, and participate in our Tri, we have made the decision to cancel the June event dates.

The Sanford Tri For Health is a Triathlon race in Jackson, Minnesota consisting of a Super Sprint.This is a triathlon for adults and teens from age 15 and up to get their feet wet in the sport of triathlon. 150 meter swim, 9 mile bike ride, 2 mile run. If you don't think you can complete all three events, gather a friend or two, and complete it as a relay.

• Snake style swim with chip start
Bike Course:
• Out and back course with some rolling hills
Run Course:
• Out and back course and will utilize a portion of the beautiful Jackson Trail System.
