_ The 2019 3-Leaf Indoor Triathlon:
Join Team ER and LifeCenter Plus for our 2019 3-Leaf Indoor Triathlon! Our triathlon consists of a 20-minute swim, 20-minute bike, and 20-minute run. Come enjoy a morning of eent races, followed by post-race snacks and an awards ceremony. This event is great for someone new to the triathlon world, as well as the seasoned triathlete! Are you feeling lucky?! Try your hand at our indoor triathlon this year!!!
Event details and schedule
Doors open at 7:00am and the race starts at 8:00am. At your start time, you will begin with a 20 minute swim in LifeCenter Plus' indoor pool. You will have a 5 minute transition to the cycling area for a 20 minute ride on their bikes. Another 5 minute transition to their indoor track for the final leg, a 20 minute run/walk.
Race volunteers will record the total distance covered during your swim, bike and run. Individual participants will be ranked against others in their division. Divisions will be split into male, female and age groups. Team participants will be ranked against other participating teams.
