Sign up now for the popular Elton Home Team Eastside Triathlon in 2019 at Lake Sammamish park - one of the original triathlon venues in the Pacific Northwest. Race day includes a Sprint, Super Sprint, and Kids Triathlons.
As with all RTB events, Athletes can expect the same energy-filled finish line experience, big breakfast, shirts, medals, and giveaways including a brand new Road Bike
Swim Course: .25 miles Super Sprint and .5 miles Sprint
The .25 mile (Super Sprint) and .5 mile (Sprint) clockwise swim will start and finish at Sunset Beach. Athletes will leave in waves. If you're a little wobbly at the exit, you can grab hold of the hand rails - installed in the recent renovations - as you run out of the water. You'll run onto a paved sidewalk that will take you past the outdoor showers (feel free to use at will) and into transition.

6:30 AM Wave 1 All Super Sprint Athletes
6:34 AM Wave 2 Sprint males age 45 plus
6:38 AM Wave 3 Sprint males age 44 and below
6:42 AM Wave 4 Sprint females age 45 plus and all Sprint relays
6:46 AM Wave 5 Sprint females age 44 and below
Waves are assigned by USAT age (age as of 12/31/2019)
Bike Course: 14.8 miles
The 2019 Bike Course is an out-and-back 14.8 mile course that travels through the cities of Issaquah and Sammamish The Course will take cyclists left out of Lake Sammamish State Park onto NW Sammamish Road which travels between the state park and a thriving Issaquah business district with restaurants, hotels, PCC Natural Market, and Costco Corporate headquarters.
Cyclists will then travel north on East Lake Sammamish parkway along the lake to a turnaround at Inglewood Hill Rd and return to the park on the same route.
The is a USAT Sanctioned race - all rules apply.
Run: 3 Miles
The run will travel through the trails, boardwalks, and pathways inside Lake Sammamish State Park. It is almost 100% unpaved - though not a rugged course by any means. If you enjoy a flat run, this one is hard to beat. Total elevation gain: 40 feet.
The Super Sprint and Sprint run course are identical.
