The Fourth Annual Arnold Indoor Triathlon & Multisport Championships will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club at 3111 Hayden Rd., Columbus, OH 43235.

Races: Swimming will be done in the pool, cycling will be on Spinner NXT bike, ergs will be indoors and the run will be outdoors on paved surfaces.

* Triathlon: 600m swim, 10-mile spin & 5K run
* Duathlon: 1 mile run, 10-mile spin & 5K run
* Erg-athlon: 2k erg, 10-mile spin & 5K run

2019 Registration Information

Event Details: The event will be chip timed and athletes will transition between segments in the locker room and next to their bike; the clock does not stop between segments. Each athlete must complete the swim, erg in at most 18 minutes, the bike in at most 45 minutes, and the run in at least an 45 minutes or risk disqualification. Post Race Party, Medals & Awards: The post race party will include music, food, drinks and a photo booth! The first 150 athletes to register will receive an awesome Arnold Indoor Triathlon & Multisport Championship finisher medal.

Registration: You must register at least 2 weeks in advance of the event to get an event t-shirt (men, women & youth cut available). This race is USA Triathlon Sanctioned and so all participants must have a valid USA Triathlon license (annual or one day pass) to participate. The event price reflects the cost for USA Triathlon Annual Members. If you are not a USA Triathlon annual member you must purchase a one-day membership for this event with your registration for a cost of $15. Youth 17 and under can purchase an annual membership for $10 with registration. All race fees collected are non-refundable. Race pricing does not include online processing fee. Online registration is open through Race Day and day of registration will be at Premier at Sawmill on Saturday, March 2, beginning at 6:00am. Event registration includes access to the Arnold Fitness EXPO and most events at the Columbus Convention Center as well as access to the Arnold Sports World and events at the Ohio Expo Center.
