_ The 2018 Southern Utah Triathlon:
Race in the Southern Utah region near St. George, Utah. This race is held at Quail Creek State Park in Hurricane, Utah. This race is a fun course with a few challenges. The bike course has a good climb for a mile around mile 4 but the course is straight and scenic. This race passes through Hurricane, Leeds, Touquerville.
Course Information:
This course has two distances:
Sprint - Swim 750 Meters, Bike 12.4 Miles and Run 3.1 Miles
All distances are out and back and straight.
Olympic - Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 24.8 Miles and Run 6.2 Miles
All distances are out and back and straight. In order to achieve the distance for the olympic we had to do the Sprint twice.
In 2018 we are not planning on using the campground to help make the course easier to move around in.
