In consideration of receiving permission to participate in this event, the receipt of such permission being hereby acknowledged, I hereby release and discharge the Pleasant Valley View Family Swim Club, all sponsors of this event, the agents, officers, servants, and/or employees of and from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action, whatsoever, arising out of or related to any injury which may be sustained by me while participating in this event. I do further acknowledge that I am duly aware of the risks and hazards associated with my participation in this event and I have by elect voluntarily to enter said race. I hereby represent that I am in good physical health and condition and that I have trained for this race and consider myself adequately trained for this event. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks of injury that may be sustained by me while a participant in this event. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors and administrators.

Cyclists must wear helmets.

 

Please register in advance.

 

Prizes/awards to the first place male and female overall. Age category male/female awards also given.

 

Relay teams must consist of three different individuals

Course Information:

16 laps are swam in a pool with lane lines
10 K bike is done on rural roads including
George Road, Valley View Road, Mud House Road,
Lake Road, Wheeling Road and ending on George Road
5K run is done on George Road and Wheeling Road
