This race will begin with a simple out and back swim course totalling 0.25 miles, followed by a 5k run along the paved trail that leads from Des Moines Beach Park. Please note that participating in just the 5k run is an option! Be sure to head over to the Des Moines Waterfront Farmer's Market after the race.
