2018 Arnold Indoor Triathlon & Multisport Festival:
The event will be chip timed and athletes will transition between segments in the locker room and next to their bike; the clock does not stop between segments. Each athlete must complete the swim, erg in at most 18 minutes, the bike in at most 45 minutes, and the run in at least an 45 minutes or risk disqualification. Athletes must bring their own nutrition and racing gear; there will one aid station on the run course.
The post race party will include music, food, drinks and a photo booth! The first 150 athletes to register will receive an awesome Arnold Indoor Triathlon & Multisport Championship finisher medal.
