_ 2017 Huntington Triathlon & Duathlon #2:
- A fast but challenging course along scenic Lake Erie in Bay Village and Avon Lake, Ohio. The swim is wave start - long transition to bikes, loop bike course, scenic run along trails and streets of Huntington Beach park and Bay Village. Chip timed, great crowd support, great post-race food!
Course Information:
Swim - Wave start based on age and gender. swim is along marking buoys in Lake Erie managed by Cleveland Metroparks Lifeguards.
Bike - Loop course that includes sections of Bay Village and Avon Lake finishing along scenic Lake Road.
Run - Course includes APT inside Huntington Beach Park as well as streets around the park in Bay Village.
Directions:
From the east: I90 west to Columbia Road. North to Lake Road, west to Porter Creek Road, turn left (south). Parking is on the right.
From the west: I90 east to Crocker Road. North to Lake Road, east to Porter Creek Road, turn right (south). Parking is on the right.
From the south: I71 or I77 north to I480, west to Crocker Road, north to Lake Road, east to Porter Creek Road, turn right (south). Parking is on the right.
