The Beaver Canyon Half Marathon is a spectacular downhill race. The first 5 miles of the race is a steady downhill. At mile 5 the course begins to taper out and be a more gradual decline. It is one of the most beautiful races as it takes you down the scenic Beaver Canyon, with beautiful views of the Tushar Mountains, through beautiful vistas, and follows a sparkling stream. The Beaver Canyon Half starts at Merchant Valley and ends at Canyon Breeze Golf Course which is about a 2900 feet drop in altitude.
Half participants will receive a "Dry Zone" shirt. All finishers will receive a finishers metal!Packet pickup: September 2, 6:00-8:00pm at Beaver City Office. Awards will be given to the first place overall male and female winners in half marathon. Raffle prizes will be drawn. Like us on Facebook at Beaver Canyon Half Marathon.
