Swim in clean and clear spring fed Lake Quassapaug, ride through classic New England farm country, run on shaded back roads. Olympic Tri (1mi swim, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run) and Duathlon (2mi run, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run) Duathlon is USAT Northeast Regional Championship) NEW Sprint option also offered for 2016 - 1/2mi swim, 12mi bike, 3.1mi run (does NOT replace 30th Pat Griskus Sprint Tri Wed eve July 6th, 2016)
Prizes for best Swim/Bike/Run splits, Women Specific size race shirts before May 15th, Points system across all PG races (details to come!) Cold craft beer and picnic fare post race!

Olympic distance triathlon held at Quassy Amusement Park
• 1.5k Swim in spring fed Lake Quassapaug
• 40k challenging bike through classic New England farm country
• 10k run to finish line
Duathlon:
• Duathlon run #1 on beautiful tree lined roads by lake
• Duathlon bike and run #2 on triathlon course
