Swim in clean and clear spring fed Lake Quassapaug, ride through classic New England farm country, run on shaded back roads. Olympic Tri (1mi swim, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run) and Duathlon (2mi run, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run)) NEW Sprint option also offered - 1/2mi swim, 12mi bike, 3.1mi run
Prizes for best Swim/Bike/Run splits, Women Specific size race shirts before May 15th, Complimentary Cold craft beer and picnic fare post race!
