Swim: Counter-clockwise swim with wave starts.

Bike: loop course on rolling, rural paved roads.

Run: out and back, flat and fast.

Duathlon first run: flat with paved and some packed gravel roads

Clark Lake Beach and Boat Club, 5100 Grand Blvd, Clark Lake, MI 49234.

Clark Lake Michigan is Northwest of Adrian, MI and south of Jackson, MI.
