Distances (ages 3-4): 25 yd Swim 1/4 mi Bike - .10 mi Run (ages 5-6): 50 yd Swim 1 mi Bike - .25 mi Run (ages 7-8): 75 yd Swim 2.5 mi Bike - .5 mi Run (ages 9-10): 100 yd Swim - 2.5 mi Bike - .5 mi Run (ages 1112): 150 yd Swim 5 mi, Bike 1 mi Run (ages 13-14): 200 yd Swim 7 mi Bike 1 mi Run - - - - - Swim: The course for the kids triathlon will be set so depths allow for a proper swim for the children, with a time trial start. Bike: The bike course will be an out and back on a closed course within the park and the roads immediately west of the park. Run: Out and back closed run course within the park.
