Course Information:
The swim is an assigned time start. It will take place in one of our Infinite Pools. You select the speed.
The bike will take place on one of our stationary Computrainers. The 13 mile course will simulate flat and easy to difficult inclines. This segment of the race will require you to have your own road or mountain bike.
The run will take place on one of our treadmills.
