Triathlon : Swim 100 yards, 3 mile bike, 12 mile run
Seniors 11- 14 year olds : Kids Race
Triathlon : Swim 200 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 1 miles

This is a USAT sanctioned event for youth ranging in age from 7 -1 4.

The swim course will be in Lake Erie.

The bike and the run course will be held with in the Headlands State Beach Park
