2014 Lactic Edge Triathlon:
• The Stevens Point Area YMCA Lactic Edge Triathlon and Fit Kids Duathlon is for all age categories.
• Kids under age 12 compete in a Duathlon on Friday evening.
• On Saturday, age 11 and up compete in the Super Sprint or Sprint Triathlon.
Course Information:
• The Super Sprint course equals 200 meter swim, 4 mile bike, 2 mile run.
• The Sprint course equals 500 yard swim, 17 miles bike, 3.1 mile run

Depending on Age: 1/4-3/4 mile run, 3/4-2 1/4 mile bike, 1/4-3/4 mile run
